Hello everyone - thank you again for supporting the Arts programs at our little East Van School. We are excited to bring you another entertaining evening of film and theatre. The first half of the evening takes place in our Auditorium where some of the Best Films from 2024 and some films from on time table film classes will be screened. After School Film - Dream Big - is comprised of over 70 students who alongside Corin Browne and other amazing film mentors from our Community, write and produce these amazing films. In a school year, the film program in total, makes about 250 films a year! 

After the films, you will be ushered to the Drama Studio by our adorable Front of House, to watch Theatre Temp's rendition of Cobweb Dreams. Our Theatre Company is comprised of more than 80 students in grade 8-12 who work in various departments including Hair and Makeup, Costumes and Crew.  Cobweb Dreams written by Lindsay Price is a fun filled fairy fantasy that runs parallel to Shakespeare's Midsummer Night's Dream. Cobweb is not having fun as part of Titania's train and does not feel welcome. Join her on her journey of discovery that includes most of our favourite characters from the original! 

The entire evening runs approximately 1 hour 30 minutes with a 15 minute transition.
