JIA//

JIA is a Taiwanese-Canadian indie rock artist from Vancouver, BC. In 2021, she was chosen as one of the top ten among hundreds of singer/songwriters to participate in the “Women in Music” and “She is the Music” (Alicia Keys’ organization) Songwriting Camp, where she received Masterclasses from industry professionals and mentorship from industry level songwriters. She independently released “Visitation Dream” on February 4, 2021, which was entirely written, arranged, and produced by herself. She has been working on her debut EP with talented Vancouver-based producer Olivia Quan for the past year, set to release early next year. Her musical influences include David Bowie, The Last Shadow Puppets and Alexandra Savior. JIA is also an avid film watcher, and takes inspiration from the soundtracks of Hitchcock and Tarantino films, as well as the films themselves. Her musical genres span across desert rock, dream pop, and psychedelic rock.

The Quixotic Neurotics//

The Quixotic Neurotics are from Vancouver BC. Their uplifting performance style is best described as "inspiring folk-rock storytelling", and their influences include Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Daniel Lanois, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, The Tea Party, and Thrice.  The idea for the band has been swirling around since about 2005, but began to form into The Quixotic Neurotics in 2016. In April 2017, they played a sold-out headlining gig at Studio Records, they headlined at The Roxy Cabaret in December 2017, and opened for Daniel James at the legendary Railway Club (now the Railway Stage & Beer Cafe) in January 2018.
