Rise Wellness Festival is a yoga, dance and wellness festival, taking place in the Similkameen Valley- which is the ancestral, traditional and unceded territory of the Syilx Nation, and is home to the Upper Similkameen Indian Band—the Similamix People—and the Lower Similkameen Indian Band—the Smelqmix People.
Rise Wellness Festival is a run by a non-profit society, Rise Wellness Foundation, and is organized by a beautiful leadership committee of heart-centered volunteers.
Rise Wellness Festival is a family friendly festival with activities for people of all ages. We are spiritually-driven festival with a focus on escstatic dance, yoga, ceremony, and wellness. Each day of the festival is geared towards celebrating each of the elements: Thursday we celebrate the element of earth, Friday we celebrate the element of water, Saturday we celebrate the element of fire and Sunday we celebrate the element of air. And Spirit is celebrated all weekend long!
During the day festival attendees have a variety of workshops and classes to choose from and then in the evening we have a beautiful lineup of DJs and musicians.
