Ticket Holder and any minors in their care voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to any event for which this ticket is issued and expressly waives all claims, suits, or demands for personal injury, property damage or other loss against the event sponsor, its directors, officers, trustees, agents, the owner of the facility, vendors, and the ticket producer or issuer including but not limited to all negligence, negligent supervision and/or negligent instruction, faulty equipment or the activities of others.
 
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this waiver is intended to be a complete release of the event sponsor, its directors, officers, trustees, and agents for all responsibility for personal injuries, property damage or loss, or death sustained by the Ticket Holder or any minors at the event whether arising out of or resulting from their participation in activities, use of equipment, parking lots, premises and facilities.
 
Admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules. The ticket holder consents to reasonable examinations and searches to ensure compliance and acknowledges alcohol, controlled substances, and illegal substances are not permitted. Failure to comply with the law or facility rules may result in refusal of admission or expulsion. No unauthorized recording of events where prohibited.

Due to any unavoidable circumstance, Patel Samaj may cancel the event, In Such a scenario the web processing company will refund only the ticket price and web charges and additional credit card charges are non-refundable.
